Growing up black and Jewish, Adam Bohanan always found himself torn between two worlds. Loving his roots in both cultures, he decided to bring them together with a Hanukkah show. Inspired by his favorite Hanukkah song of all time, "8 Days Of Hanukkah" by Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Adam set out to combine Soul, Funk, and R'n'B with the rich history of Judaism and his childhood memories. The show will showcase a variety of funky Hanukkah songs. There will be modern, funky takes on Hanukkah classics, and all-new Hanukkah music written exclusively for the show!!
